Storage Buffer Lyophilized with PBS, pH 7.4, containing 1% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide.
Reconstitution Reconstitute the lyophilized powder with deionized water (or equivalent) to a final concentration of 0.5 mg/ml.
Storage Instructions The lyophilized product remains stable up to 1 year at -20 °C from date of receipt. Upon reconstitution, it can be stored for 2-3 weeks at 2-8 °C or for up to 12 months at -20 °C or below. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing cycles.

Target Background Atezolizumab is a fully humanized monoclonal antibody that is approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for the treatment of metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). It binds to the protein programmed cell death-ligand 1 (PD-L1) on several tumors. Atezolizumab has ability to block the binding of PD-L1 with PD-1 and CD80 receptors (B7-1Rs), which has a positive effect on improving an anti-tumor response.GenScript MonoRab™ Anti-Atezolizumab Antibody (43H11), mAb, Rabbit is produced from a hybridoma resulting from the fusion of partner and B-lymphocytes obtained from a rabbit immunized with Atezolizumab.
