Triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC), as the most challenging subtype of breast cancer, exerts highly invasive ability and metastatic nature to the lymph nodes, which is correlated with poor survival rates among patients. Pellino-1 (PELI1) is an E3 ubiquitin ligase involved in tumor invasion and metastasis, and has the potential to be developed as a novel therapeutic target for TNBC.
